Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup melted butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 cup brownie chunks, 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Prepare cheesecake filling, fold in brownie chunks, bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool, chill, and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
